We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how we use your information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. What Data We Collect & How

We collect data in two main ways:

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

  • Any other information you choose to share

When you fill out our Tally form (for interested participants), we collect:

  • Your email address (optional)

  • Any other information you choose to provide in the form

🌐 Website Analytics

Systeme.io (our website host) collects basic technical information automatically, such as:

  • Your IP address

  • Browser type and device information

  • Pages you visit on our website

  • How long you spend on the site

We do NOT use: Google Analytics, ad tracking, or any tools that build a profile of you. Systeme.io's data collection is for basic website performance only, not for advertising.

3. Why We Collect Your Data

We collect your data for these specific reasons:

  • To send you newsletters & updates β€” We'll use your email to share content, resources, and information about The Wild Women Rising (only if you subscribed)

  • To follow up with form submissions β€” If you filled out our Tally form, we may reach out to you about what you shared

  • To improve our website β€” We use basic analytics to understand what's working and what isn't

  • To comply with Spanish law β€” We keep records for tax and business purposes as required by law

  • For website security β€” Systeme.io monitors for fraudulent activity and keeps the site safe

βœ“ Important: We will only send you marketing emails if you've explicitly opted in (subscribed to our newsletter). We won't spam you or sell your email to anyone.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

Your data is treated confidentially. We only share it with:

  • Systeme.io β€” This is our website platform AND email service. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is stored in Systeme.io so we can send you updates. Systeme.io processes this data according to their privacy policy (https://systeme.io/privacy).

  • Tally β€” When you fill out our Tally form, they handle that data according to their privacy policy (https://tally.so/privacy)

  • Namecheap β€” We use their private email service (privateemail.com) for our contact email, but this is only for receiving messages from visitors (not for storing your data)

We do NOT:

  • Sell your data to third parties

  • Share your email with other businesses

  • Use your data for purposes you didn't agree to

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Newsletter emails (in Systeme.io): We keep your email address as long as you're subscribed. Once you unsubscribe, Systeme.io deletes it according to their privacy policy. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.

  • Tally form data: We keep it for 2 years after collection, then delete it (unless Spanish law requires us to keep it longer for business records). Check Tally's privacy policy for their retention practices.

  • Contact emails (received through Namecheap): We keep emails you send us for 1 year, then delete them unless we need to keep them for legal or business reasons.

  • Website server logs (Systeme.io): These are deleted automatically after 30 days.

  • Tax/business records: We keep these for 6 years, as required by Spanish law.

6. Your Rights

Under Spanish and European GDPR law, you have the right to:

  • Access your data: Ask us what information we have about you

  • Correct your data: Update or fix any information if it's wrong

  • Delete your data: Ask us to remove your information (with some exceptions for legal records)

  • Unsubscribe: Stop receiving newsletters at any time (just click "unsubscribe" in any email, or contact us)

  • Object: Stop us from using your data for certain purposes

  • Data portability: Ask for a copy of your data in a format you can use elsewhere

7. Security

We take data security seriously. We protect your information through:

We do NOT use:

  • Google Analytics or other monitoring tools

  • Marketing cookies

If we add any tracking or marketing tools in the future, we'll ask for your consent first and update this policy.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time (for example, if we add new tools or services). We'll post changes here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If there are significant changes that affect you, we'll try to notify you.
